Summary

The Y2K edition of this horror classic, with four new scenes, retains all the gut-whomping power of the original right up until a highly dubious "new ending." Despite this stumble, the film forever raised the horror genre's bar, providing a template that a generation of horror-meisters haven't yet improved upon.
