Summary

Martial arts ace Jackie Chan a.k.a. Super Chef has two gangs of drug dealers after him and an incriminating videocassette. Inexcusably stilted acting, helpless females and a tired plot are only mildly redeemed by Chan's staple of high-kicking comedy.
