Summary

An intelligence agent, known only as the Eye, tracks a beautiful and mysterious serial killer. Surveillance leads to obsession and raises all sorts of questions. Unfortunately, this confusing mess of a film fails to answer the many ‘Whys’ of the film – particularly: why bother making it?
