Summary

The premise is interesting – a crime investigation must take place in the midst of a clash of Japanese and American cultures – but the execution is disappointing. Sean Connery and Wesley Snipes star in this crime thriller that’s burdened by too many superfluous characters, subplots and ridiculous coincidences.
