Summary

Two U.S. Navy men escort a third to prison, while making sure he has a good time en route. Jack Nicholson is outstanding as the wise-cracking, foul-mouthed, cynical, but decent leader of the trio. It’s a crude, unadorned, guys-on-the-road movie that’s entertaining while taking a well-aimed shot at ‘the system.
