Summary

A mild mannered middle-aged man befriends a young, pregnant girl looking for her boyfriend. Bob Hoskins and Elaine Cassidy are excellent, and director Atom Egoyan's refusal to indulge in bloody excess makes this intense and creepy film an effective Hitchcockian thriller.
