Summary

Mel Brooks’ hilarious satire of old monster movies is well paced and acted by Gene Wilder, Peter Boyle and Marty Feldman. It’s a touch over-long, but still succeeds as a loving send-up of the genre. Silly, but not childish, it’s packed with laughs.
