Summary

This poetic and elegiac film, reminiscent of Terence Malick’s Days of Heaven, is a sweet look at a group of 12 and 13-year-old kids whose quiet lives are the backdrop for this intelligent and moving story. Twenty-four year old director David Gordon Green has made a noteworthy cinematic debut.
